my career is under the Hospitality industry, and currently I am looking foward of changing to a better environment and future potential growth...but I am getting the immpression that I am not really going anywhere with this unprofessional behavior of the human resourses assistant manager, which she doesn't even think to call me and cansel the interview in advance in case the managers are busy with unexpected situations...WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Maybe you should consider what it would be like to work for these people, if this is how they treat you before you've even had an interview. I would look elsewhere!

If they are unexpected situations, how can they call you in advance? I would not bring it up unless it happens again and say something right then and there. Be polite - such as "This is the 3rd time this has happened. Is there someone else I could interview with?" Or it may be their way of brushing you off. You have to decide if it's worth working for someone like that.

I have had interviews where they have forgotten they had it scheduled, they went on vacation, and even interviewed twice in 3 months with the same company that made me wait 40 minutes past the interview start time - BOTH TIMES.

Unless there was some really strong reason given, plus an apology, I'd think that if the managers don't care any more about interviewees than this, they probably don't care very much about employees either, so unless I was really desperate for the job, I'd look elsewhere.

First, that is very rude that this perspective employer would do that to a perspective employee. At this juncture, I would think to myself: do I want to work for an employer that is this inconsiderate (especially in the initial contact)? I would recommend that you continue looking for employment elsewhere. You also might want to consider volunteering part time......you can, many times, find full time paying jobs this way!!! Good luck!

That's a good one.......your trying to go on the interview in the hospitality industry and they have not been the least hospitable to you......sounds like test to me...........think about it. Maybe even trying to piss you off a bit. Maybe testing your tolerance. Hang in there and see what happens. Also, I have to point out that your spelling is pretty bad indeed..........resources and cancel.....oh I just realized you have a problem with your s's and c's.......ok.......interesting.
