I'm on the 'original' price plan for vodafone pay as you go & have been for about 7 years when I got this sim card. Does anyone know what I am paying per minute cos I cant remember + how does it compare to current packages from vodafone that I could swap to ?

y dont u change to O2 instead? they kep giving out free sim-cards online these days (4 at a time!!) and always have things like 300mins free / 300txt free per month when top up a tenner. plus u get loyalty reward too~ =D getin10% back of what u've spent in the past 3mths etc~ sumtime free call to any O2 all weekend. they're great!! with the best network coveage too i hear. =]

Phone 2345 on your phone and it will tell you all you need to know. or pick up the latest free Vodafone magazine from one of their outlets.

They have recently renamed Smartplus (original plan) and Smartstep PAYG plans to Anynet and Anytime.

Anynet is 30p per minute peak and 10p per min off-peak.
Anytime is 30p first 3 minutes each day and then 10p per min thereafter.

vodafone are complete rip offs on payg, get a o2 sim card lots of free mins and free texts, plus they are free to get just go online and order them for free
