white settlers believe in cultivating privately owned land, while the natives believed land belonged to everyone and could not be purchased. whites were farmers, while natives were hunters and gatherers. the white americans promised to reserve certain lands in the west for the native americans, however after many broken treatys they began to distrust the white men. white settlers invaded sand creek even though the cheyenne indians were not attacking and hoped for peace because of bitterness between the two groups. the ghost dance was supposed to bring back the native american way of life before white man interferred. in the battle of little bighorn, white soldiers were severely outnumbered and defeated by the native americans, fueling the fire between the two goups even more.

to the natives the land is something they respect and connect with. They see it as something they have to treat well, like another human being, but the whites see it as plain land, aka money. Native Americans thought each part of nature was a spirit.

Native Americans value their ancestors and oral tradition, while the whites didnt care much at all.

They distrusted the US government b/c we broke promises. We promised if they moved they would be provided for and instead forced them with army troops to leave. Ex: Trail of Tears in 1838 and 1839.

Well, at one point, the government tried to pay the indians to move, which at first some tribes did, but the money was useless to them considering they didnt use any currency.

Sorry, I dont kno the last 3.

My cousins, they've been dwelling in Canada for his or her complete lifestyles, and so they present salat five instances an afternoon, wears hijab and feature a lot Knowledge of Islam than the muslims dwelling of their residence nation that's a muslim nation. I have noticeable thousand instances greater muslims dwelling within the west than the muslims dwelling within the muslim international locations. So it rather relies on the upbringing ~!
