First of all do not be so hostile towards her. She is a manager and she is also very busy.
There are many times that she may be needed elsewhere due to the nature of her job. And in business things run on real-time or on the fly. Remember Employers are looking for people who are adaptable to change who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Sometimes you have to cater to their schedules. If you really want to work for this company go along with what times and times are available. And remember it is the schedule of the interviewer that you are dealing with!
Also think of it this way, at least they want to reschedule because they are interested in meeting with you and they feel that you are qualified for the position. It could be worst. They could very well schedule interviews with other applicants instead of you.
The next time she contacts you pick a few days out of the week and choose at least three alternate times. This way it shows that you are being flexible.
Hope this info helps.
Be positive and understanding. In the long run it will pay off!
God Bless.....

in the event that they're unpredicted circumstances, how can they call you in improve? i does no longer convey it up except it happens returned and say some thing precise then and there. Be well mannered - which contain "this is the third time this has got here approximately. Is there somebody else i could desire to interview with?" Or it may desire to be their way of brushing you off. you need to verify if this is properly worth working for somebody like that. I particularly have had interviews the place they have forgotten that they had it scheduled, they went on trip, or perhaps interviewed two times in 3 months with an identical enterprise that made me wait forty minutes previous the interview start up time - the two cases.

Same thing happened to me, but I really wanted the job. I ended up getting hired but I didn't stay w/ that company very long. I should've taken into perspective the way the company was from the beginning. Bcuz after working there I saw that everything was unorganized and just a mess. I'll never make that mistake again.

Personally, if this is the way they are managing things - it's not really a place I'd want to work at. I've gotten poor impressions from employers, been hired and then regretted ever working for them. I say keep looking for someone that seems more organized and courteous.

Sounds to me that either the business is very poorly ran or they really need to replace the lady in human resource department. Either way it sounds like it may not be the best career move. Their has to be better out there. That my opinion

How would you feel if the hiring manager takes multiple cell phone calls during your job interview?

You don't want to work for a company like this. If this is the behavior of HR, just think what the dept. managers will be like to work for. Don't be discouraged, be thankful that you got this mini-view up front. Good Luck.............

Are you sure you want to work for a company that doesn't have it together? I would ask for everything in writing and signed by the ceo!
