That's an easy one.

Faulty ground at the brake lights.
Probably the ground wire at the tail lights.

It's currently using the park lights as secondary ground.

It sounds like your alternator is going out. A way to check it is while the car is running undo the positive side of the battery, the car should turn off.

Sure sounds like you have a short somewhere in your dashboard. I'd take it back to the dealer and have it checked out.

sounds like you have a major electrical problem somewhere have you added anything new to this vechicle and if so try undoing it if not then check your fuses and relays if that doesnt prove useful then you might want to have it looked at.

sounds like you have some crossed wires. have you removed and replaced any parts on your car? have you added any new accesories that required them to be bolted down?
