It just seems like a load of bull that I have to take geography when my major is computer science. I'm asking how does this make you more rounded?

its all about taking our money out of our pocket. pity but our education system has become a commerical sector. we go to universities for "enlightenment" but come out of it as a product who has been taught how to make money not how to enklighten the society...

My college didn't require anything but some sort of writing class. But I took religion, anthropology, Russian, theater, and English because I wanted to be more well-rounded. And it worked.

It can give you more life skills, but it's usually just a waste of time. My school required a class in philosophy. What a waste of time that was. It was completely useless.

Go to Uni in the UK, many places don't even LET you take courses subjects that is not your degree subject! - Maybe we should switch - I wanna take courses on everything!
