Hello everyone, hopefully I will get some real answers. If you want to spread hate, ignorance, or anything that would fall under personal opinion please move on.

My wife is soon going to start the next step in her change to a him. She is starting T-shots. Can anyone tell me what expect? I know mood swings and a changed sex drive, but I would like to know to what extremes. Am I going to have a late 20’s teenager? Are the shots hard to give? Iv'e been asked to administer them and have a big issue with needles.

I love my wife (soon to be husband) and we are not splitting up, I am not leaving. I just want to have a basic idea of what to expect.

Thank you in advance, sorry if my wording is harsh, but we all see the hate on here.

It is going to get harder on you, rather than her. The shots are nothing compare on what your feelings will be. When she starts getting her shots, her hair will start growing and her voice will changed. You must really love her to go through this with her and not leave her alone. But your feelings is what I am concern with. You will experience, the lost of a wife, you will get angry because she is doing this to you, you will be in a sort of merry go round, for a long time. She will be too, but not as much because she is doing what she wants to do. One thing I will tell you, you are not responsible for what she is doing, it is not your fault, it is nothing that you did. Try to get some help for you in the meantime, because with all the changes in her you will be feeling less than a man. Remember, my friend, you are a good man, and the same man you have always been, keep your head up. But I must tell you also, you are a very strong man and I do salute you for that. God be with you both.Sincerely, Boricua

All I knew about is the mood swings, and aggression from the shots because she will have more testosterone while turning into a he. Hair growing. A stronger sex drive, but I don't think about the "late 20's teenager" depending on how old she/he currently is.
