Yes, I have. In fact, I just changed jobs [within the same organization] to get out of that situation. I try to get along with everyone, but my boss and I had a personality conflict, I guess. And he was the boss, so I knew I'd always be on the losing end.
I wish you all the best with your situation.

I think it would be hard to like a job if you didn't like the people you worked with. I love my job right now and love 99% of my co-workers. But if that was turned around and I did NOT get along with 99% of my co-workers, that would make the job miserable and therefore I would no longer like that job. Make sense?

Yes, I sure did. I was working in a truck stop and a couple of the cashiers and I did not get along, because I knew what our jobs were and they weren't doing them. They walked off shift on me. But I didn't get in trouble, because my niece was the manager at the time and she totally agreed with me.

i think of she is over reacting purely a sprint. in the journey that your boss smokes pot occassionally too, then you definately are actually not in threat to get fired obvioulsy. and she or he's barely 0.5-way suited approximately being pulled over. It rather relies upon on how your co worker is smoking it and how plenty he's possessing with him. If he's in simple terms smoking a joint...a cop might even enable him pass (it has handed off many cases in the previous), or the cop might in simple terms write him a cost tag for straightforward possession as long as he would not have alot of weed on him. fantastically uncertain you will possibly get arrested. My boyfriend grew to become into pulled over one time and he grew to become into in possession. He in simple terms have been given a cost tag and me and yet another passenger in the automobile did no longer get something. tell your spouse to settle down. you're doing the splendid component via no longer smoking with him in the automobile, on employer time. once you're off paintings is yet another tale. Your spouse heavily needs to settle down. it ought to be worse. J
