Depending on where you live, you could look under your government's web site for one, and there are lots of sites which they might be posted under the government too. There are also career councilors at any schools, colleges, government, and look under your phone book under career councilors too which they may help you. Good luck.

It needs a thorough study of yours, in terms of personality and abilities before you get started. No particular site is available to best of my knowledge. there are career counsellors available, whom you can meet personally or you may write to me.
