Nope!
Have some fun, you don't always have to abide by the fashion rules!

I always carry around a black handbag daily because all my other ones tend to get dirty fast..and I wear all different colors of shoes. No worries. But, I do believe your belt should at least match your shoes. You don't know how many times I got grilled in one day for messing that one up :x

I believe that your hand bag does not always have to match your shoes.( Even though it would be nice if you do match it.) I mean that's optional because if it does not match your shoes it could match something else.

As long as the shoes and handbag don't clash, then they don't have to match necessarily.

My mother is a die-hard fan of shoes matching bags but to me, as long as they don't clash, you can do what you want. Apparently, this past spring matching bags & shoes was in, but I didn't pay attention. Unless I'm doing black, I quite like it when my shoes & bags are different colors.

Read in INSTYLE today that Matching shoes and purses were to BRIDAL PARTY looking. Which I agree with but it really depends on if it matters. If your going to Walmart or the grocery store WHO CARES but if your going to church or a meeting or a wedding then id go with a no.

Im sure you will look great no matter what you decide.

No...not necessarily! I bought some leopard print shoes and I wear them with any color purse...just as long as your pants and shirt are of a solid color (like jeans with a black shirt and a green or pink purse) it looks cute and stylish! Or you can wear all black and black shoes plus a pink bag :) I think it's stylish when you're purse and shoes are different colors, just as long as you're not wearing different patterns on every piece of your wardrobe...
However, matching purse and bag look cute too! But you can opt to mismatch them for a little variety. I think it only works more often with solid colors though.
But that's my opinion :)

Not always, but sometimes, like at church and things like that, but I would never carry a brown bag with black shoes if that's what you mean. I love to carry a bag that's like red, purple, or green to contrast and pop with my outfits.

well, it really depends on what you are doing and where you are going! If you are going to a very formal place, then yes, but if you are simply going to work, or shopping... dont worry about it! Be your own person, mix and match! AND have fun!!
