anywhere in nature

Nowhere, your problems will follow you wherever you go.
So, I strongly urge and encourage you to stop, take a deep breath, cry if you must and sit down right where you are and start facing those problems of life and if you write everything down on paper you will see ways of dealing with them. And Oh, by the way, you are never alone. Offer these problems to the Lord and surely your problems will soon be replaced by blessings of life.

I don't mean to preach, but how wonderful to deal with things and or people and put them behind you, then you can go someplace to relax and enjoy a great adventure without problems.

I've got 3 suggestions that might be helpful:

1) Best place to relax and forget about life's problems.......
Your MIND. It is amazing how powerful the mind can be in
it's ability to transport and relocate oneself to any imaginary
place.......a mental trip to a tropical island paradise.

2) Another way to escape and relax to forget lifes' problems is to
find a quiet, solitary space, and meditate or pray.....find a way
to communicate with the diety of your beliefs. It can shift your
train of thought from personal or materialistic to spiritual.

3) The Bathroom.........think about it, a nice teeming hot bath,
aromatherapy candles, and some Godiva chocolates will do it
everytime.

I hope this gives you some helpful ideas in your quest for finding ways of relaxing.
Best of Luck!

I use my room, mostly b/c it is a safe haven for me. No one bugs me in my room and there I can just throw out my problems and sit for a while. It helps me think, but your place might not be your room. Find a room or a place you feel totally comfortable with and then just don't let anyone you don't want to, to enter that space.

By the ocean is very soothing. However, your problems will always accompany you no matter where you go. You just have to learn to live with them. Push them aside while you relax.
