It is from the movie Batman The Joker Says It
It is also said in the song Batdance sung by Prince

The whole thing from the song "Well, miss Vale"
"Ever dance with the devil in the pale moon light?"
"I always ask that of all my pray."
"I just like the sound of it."

Definately Batman. The first of that particular series and maybe the best. But I am a Michael Keaton fan though. The line was used by the Joker played by Jack Nicholsen.
