Loreal has a great primer for your lids thats less than 10 bucks. It is called Loreal De-Crease base. You put it on your lids and it keeps your liner put all day long. If you are a Dept store makeup used like Mac,Clinique Sephora etc.. Try She Lac from Benifit its so awesome. Its a bit more BUT it will make ANYTHING smudgeproof, waterproof, sleep proof. Its a sealant that comes with a bunch of brushed and you apply it wherever you want your make up to stay set for the next 24 hours. It washes off with soap and water but you can sleep with it on and your makeup will still be the same. Its about $28 at Sephora but lasts FOREVER and its a miracle maker.
Whatever you find im sure you will look great.

Did you switch your moisturizer or are wearing eye gel. That's the worst thing for the morning and make-up. Use those at night and your moisturizer only on the checks and forehead in the morning. Do you use eye shadow, if not buy the same colour eyeshadow and apply it over your liner, this will set it. And when your all done, take a thick brush and translucent powder and brush your face very lightly, that will set your make up too.

For starters it really depends on what brands you're using. I've had eyeliners that 'fall' after about an hour, and eyeliners that I can literally sleep in but never 'fall'.
One handy little trick I've picked up is to place a nude coloured eyeshadow just underneath the eyes where you draw on your eyeliner and this usually stops the make-up from slipping.
But test out different brands and types and find what works for you!!

This may seem strange, but it works. Take a Q-Tip, dip it in foundation, and apply anywhere you put the eyeliner. Let it set then draw over it. It will help hold the eyeliner. But..do you wear contacts? I started noticing after wearing my contacts that it was making my eyes really watery thus smudging my mascara and eyeliner. You really shouldn't put eyeliner right underneath your eye anyway, try to go slightly lower by your lashline. Hope it helps!
