seriously people. the answer is D.
willful comes from will...as in you are "full" of your own free "will". you WILL do whatever you want to do.
the opposite of that (the antonym) is obedient.

Since wilful means deliberate, on purpose, or by one's will

A and B also involve one's personal will or wish and cannot be the opposite

C has nothing to do with being willing or unwilling,
but if anything correlates to someone with conviction or will

the only choice left is
D obedient

So the question must mean that if someone is wilful, this implies the person resists authority. Thus the opposite would be
"obedient" where one submits one's will to another authority instead.

willful means to have a mind of your own, or to be stubborn about doing what you want to do. The antonym would be obedient. As in "She willfully ignored warnings about getting help with homework."

Cirque de Lune is right, give her the points.

One of the lesser known aceptions for "willful" is very different from "eager" but similar to "capricious": doing one's will only. Which is the opposite of obedient.
