You did not say which is the problem, if it is bad temper, you can talk to him and put the things clear, if it is too much work, let him know how you feel, if it is becase his attitute put things clear again, talk and put your rights clear. Be polite, talk solftly, good manners, look to his eyes all the time, no fear if he is too bad, report him, if you do not have to whom, leave the place and put a demand
