Well I would say - if you're studying to be a nurse, then your answer should reflect that. What are your goals for your future? Do you want to be a nurse, or is that a stepping stone? I would think, since you're paying the college money to become a nurse that healthcare is where your interests are...I'd focus on that. No one can ever know what they're going to be...who they're going to be in the future. Who were you 5, 10, 15 years ago? Are your goals the same? But I'm sure you do your best to plan as best you can for the future, and it seems to me that's what they're looking for. Just an answer to show you do have goals, a plan. So what if things change....they do. But where do you see yourself?

I got ask that when I was apply for my grad school. I told them I see myself in 5 yrs from now, I would be working in a top executive position and in the big company. Let's say they were really please with the answer. I think they just want to know what is your strive for taking this school, your goal, and motivations, etc.

Good Luck!

I am an eternal spirit soul, and part and parcel of the Absolute Truth. I have always existed and always will. I do not change only my consciousness changes and my temporary body changes due to being in the material world. I do not die but my body dies I do not age but my body ages. I can change my occupation or my religion or my hair or my name but I remain and eternal servant and Loving devotee of God He is also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu etc. for more universal truths go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com

Any answer you answer will sound false to the examiners if it is not truly from your heart. Take the time to figure out your own answer and you will pass the question.
Good luck
