I think the best book would be "What to Expect When Your Expecting" Of course there are a lot of other good books out there too.

For some cheap books you could try Amazon.com. They have very cheap books. And I love the book "What to expect when you are expecting" Good Luck!!

Go to the library and check out all the books that you can. Ask for some name books to look at to. You could also ask if they have any videos.

there are heaps of books on pregnancy....go to your local library and have a peak or book store to purchase one.....i used what to expect when your expecting....it was good as it gave you a month to month rundown on the changes in your body and also the babies developing.....

what to expect when you are expecting is great, it answer almost all kind of questions you might have during your pregnancy. also buy the first year, it will help you to get ready, it will tell what you need to buy and ....

i agree that "what to expect while expecting" is good. also look for "while waiting". my ob actually gave me a copy with my first prenatal. i think my insurance paid for it....hehe. my mom used t have a virtual library on the subject since she used to deliver babies, but i couldn't even begin to name them. i think looking it up online since you have the internet is the best idea.
