If we use ONLY the MOVIE versions of these characters i see the fights giong down like this:
jason vs leatherface- Mr. Vorhees wins. When compared to Jason Leather face is just a big inbred hick, whereas Jason is an unkillable feak of nature.
predator vs tremors- Predator takes this one because the "graboids" were beaten by Kevin Bacon.
freddy vs micheal myers- Cruger wins this one. Micheal Meyers is (basically) still human. At some point he's gotta sleep. And Freddy kicked Jason's *** on the dreamscape.
aliens vs critters- I'll give this to the underdogs: the critters. Just because i don't know how the aliens would fight those little devils.
mecha-godzilla vs batman- Batman uses his Wayne Corp. technology to override and control Mech-Godzilla.
king kong vs superman- It doesn't matter if it is the original King Kong verses Brandon Routhe Superman or the Peter Jackson Kong vs Christopher Reeves Superman.... The monkey goes down.
zombies vs wolverine- This just gets bloody and probally never ends. Wolvie would regenerate fast enough for him to fight the zombies to a standstill.
hulk vs king ghirdrah- As much as i love comics hulk the Movie Hulk just embarasses himself while he gets whipped by King Ghirdrah.
iron man vs jaws- Since the Iron man movie is not out yet I have to pit Robert Downey Jr against Bruce the Shark. Jaws wins by chomping Downy in half.
jeepers creepers vs wolfman- Wolfman wins unless it is one of the 22 (or so) days every 22 years that the creeper is awake.
dracula vs spiderman- Spidey wins by webbing a Keanue Reeves Dracula to a wall during sunrise. Peter Parker would have a harder time subduing a LaGosi Dracula but i think the other SPider powers give the nerd an edge.

How could you leave out Gojira!?!?!? (Godzilla, if you didn't know) Perhaps you left Godzilla out...because we all know that he'd woop all o' their butts! >.<
You also forgot Rodan, Mothra, Gamera, Gyaos, and many other Toho Co. Japanese monsters (kaiju). The list could go on forever...(a page and a half at the most)...
