Question

in you own words please explain absolute monarchy in spain during the time 1600-1715 and what empires did they establish during that same time period please tell me in your own words because im looking on the internet and im not understanding what it is saying and i would like to hear another point of view Thanks

absolute monarchy means the ruler of a land (king or queen) has absolute control of what goes on in their country. there is no Congress, no Parliament, no voice for the common people. the king basically does whatever he wants to.
Spain had colonies all over Central and South America, California, and Florida.
