Let's see.... how about a Chewbacca pez dispenser, a pair of fuzzy dice, a sheet of bubble wrap, a coupon to Denny's, and a roll of duct tape. That way they'll understand our culture about as well as I do.
And on the inside of the time capsule I'll inscribe the following message: 'Sorry, but SunsetSam said you can only have 5 things.'
Thanks for the question, btw, now I'll be up all night thinking of other silly things I should've included... a pair of SpongeBob boxers, a souvenir route 66 shot glass, a package of twinkies, a box of Trojans, a pin that says 'Kiss me, I'm Irish', an Andy Warhol wig, one of those coffee table knickknacks that looks like a stack of fake books, a t-shirt that says 'I'm with Stupid', a tin of sardines, a 'My Little Pony' coloring book, a bobble-head Elvis, those seven mystery keys on my keychain... maybe they'll have better luck figuring out what they unlock... yeah... this could go on for days....
