I'm not sure I'd trust him with a turtle... maybe start him off with some sea monkeys or a chia pet. Whatever you do, don't let him get his hands on an entire country....

I don't think buying a turtle could hurt his approval ratings. It might even win him some support from animal lovers or little boys who like turtles. If I were Bush I would totally try it!
