Slash the tires, put nails under the tires, have it towed, pour lighter fluid on vehicle and set it on fire, smash the windows, pour paint remover on vehicle, pour superglue around door jam, epoxy gas door shut, bust out taillights, remove license plate, spray paint windshield.
That should give them the hint.......

In most condo's or places like this there is a tow policy and it should be posted. You need to find out what the HOA says about it. But, if you want it to stop, then you have their car towed. You can let your neighbors know one more time, that the next time you will call the tow company. You can also play ugly and park your car right behind them diagonal so they are stuck in your spot. I would only do that if they have a nice car and wouldn't ram it into yours. :)
I would press the issue. They are wrong.

Hi, say, I hate to be a pest, but you do keep parking in my driveway and it's become a problem. I'm asking if you would please be a little more attentive when you are parking, it's become a hazard. That's what you say. And, you might go buy a few cones to put in the driveway, a stand with a sign, or put a few concrete blocks down on the ground to block his tires. edit: Okay, file a formal complaint with the police, not his buddy. He's a jackass. At this point, I'd consider giving him a dose of his own medicine. But you know this would escalate and make things worse. I'd put up a line of cement blocks 4-feet high. EDIT: I didn't say build a wall, I said put up a line of cement blocks - they can be moved. He needs to start to respect the property line. That's why fences came into existence, to define property lines and avoid just the kind of problems you are having. You might want to talk to a realtor if you own the property, see if they can give you a heads up about any laws he might be violating, or if you are renting, that's clearly a landlord issue. No, it's not against the law to park over the line. This may be one of the types of things you file a civil suit against him but you'd have to ask an attorney. There aren't many ways to resolve neighbor problems that are not criminal or against the law. Your only option at this point is to keep at him, a campaign of consisten complaints, every time he does it, leave a note, or go over and complain.

Two things can be done.
1.) You can go over and talk politely to the owner of the vehicles and ask that they move them to the designated visitor parking domain.
2. (which I personally like better and judging from what you wrote might like as well.) you can call the tow company and report that there are illegally parked cars. They'll come and tow them. Than you can watch the hilarious reaction when they find out their cars are gone. I did this once when I was staying in my last apartment. The person that was taking my spot never came back again.

Have you posted a sign prohibiting anyone else from parking on your spot. Give them a fair warning or talk to your neighbors and be sraight and to the point about how you feel. They might think you are ok by this since you guys are friends.

These people are not "polite" - they're thoughtless and self serving.
Go down to your local hardware store and pick up a 2X4 and some 6" spikes.............drive the spikes through the 2X4 and carefully place it in your parking space when you leave.
Note: Don't forget to remove it when you return.

If there isn't a sign posted, put one up and have them towed. The problem won't happen again.

Since you have addressed this problem with the violators, I would not hesitate to call and have them towed away. It is your property and they are trespassing.

My advise is to have a serious but friendly chat with your neighbors and have them check their guest before they come in the door.
