I am a property manager for a real estate co. Call a property management firm in your area and ask them who they use. I take care of many million dollar homes and over the years I have learned who is good in my area and keep their cards in my files. yes I get a commission but from the plumbers not home owners I hope this helps any plumber will tell you they are good a property manager should know in his area
