To ease your nervousness, think about something that relaxes you like a tropical beach.
To wow the interviewer, I would have as much confidence in getting the job as possible. Show the interviewer how good you are certain skills and qualifications. Try not to brag though and overdo it. Always have a positive attitude towards things. Make it seem like they will be pleased with your attitude.
I am also job seeking and I try to use those techniques.

Well, first look professional ( a nice suit, preferably tailored), groomed and shaven, to really wow the interviewer do some research on the company. Know the company's mission statement, repeat it in your head and explain why the mission statement and your beliefs relate. That show's the boss that you have done some exploring in the company and your enthusiasm. Bring 2 copies of your resume, expect very interesting questions that start of with..."tell of a time where you were #1", "what are ur strengths/weaknesses", "what are ur long/short term goals", "why are u interested in this company", "why should I hire you?", "describe a time where you were in a stressful situation, how did you resolve it". Some employers ask very mind-boggling questions, but u must think b4 u answer.
To reduce ur nervousness, get good sleep the night before, lay your clothes out and meditate. See urself getting the job. Remain positive, and speak with authority and let your personality shine. I wish u the best!

Buy the book called "Knock 'em dead". It's the best interview advice ever. Barring that... Dress to impress and mimic the interviewers mannerisms and tone of voice. Brush up on the company and it's ethics, motto, finances, whatever. It will give you something to talk about if any awkward moments arise. & always send a thank you letter for getting interviewed.

Be impressive but don't brag. I think it would be more helpful if you said what company your interview was for.
