does yahoo allows dirty language and filthy questions and answers? and if does, why?

sometimes I see, in serious situation some people try yo be funny very nasty way........shouldn't yahoo put some limit?

They do, there are many profane words that are blocked out by asterisks. For example if I put the word that sounds like come in this next space, ***, it will not be seen.

get the dirty language off yahoo or shut the web site down.
