I was in Family court trying to get visitation rights to my 16 year old Grand Daughter. My 40 year old son suddenly had Issues with his me "HIS MOM" and wouldnt let me see her anymore. After court I found out that the Judge,about( 62years old) also had issues with "HIS MOM" Guess who won!!!???

Sometimes judges had personal experiences in the past with similar situations in cases that they try. Thus, they decide in such a manner the way they experienced the case which should not be the case. Appeal your case by a petition for review by the higher court citing the bias of the judge.
