I agree with Forex. But what do 6 MOTHS have to do with your pay?

$46,500 is good for starting out with a small company. If it were 20 years from now and you were still making that, I would be concerned! Just stay for 3 years or more as you want to show stability.

If you are making less, I would look at similiar positions on the job boards to see what the market is paying.

Hmmm... I think you'd need someone in that profession to tell you... With that said, your salary would depend on where you live, how long you have worked at that company, what industry experience you have, etc. Maybe you could try salary.com or other related sites?
