I think it is ridiculous how they "can't deliver checks" to people who have moved and changed their address; but if it was reversed and that person OWED money... you know the Gov't would track them down.

if you don't get your refund within three years, the irs gets to keep it. if you owed someone money and they didn't claim it, would you look for them?
