The subject of conversation is in one way or the other the size of the biggest dick in the room at the time. You see, where there is one pecking order in public, that order becomes more of a pecker order in the rest room, where the one who thinks he has the biggest one lets it all hang out, so to speak, and invites responses, either verbal or with appropriate demonstrative gestures. Once the true order of dominance has been established, conversation may flow rather freely, as it always does when all agree to the exploring of such matters of common interest and all the ramifications thereof.

Men do not talk in the restroom. If one says hi, the other says hi and that is the end of conversation. (I included a link to a funny video that pretty much sums up male restroom etiquette).

Men usually do not talk to one another in a public restroom. If friends are in there together, they might carry on a conversation. Total strangers might fleetingly say something to one another but not anything of substance.

We gentlemen already know you 'ladies' talk about clothes and makeup because it never stops. Most guys can't talk about their life events in 30 minutes but two women can talk about one pair of shoes for days.

unless a conversation is in progress between two guys who enter at the same time generally a simple head nod is all no eye contact stare straight at the wall lest the other guy think your trying to peek at the equipment.
