Too literal, and a little bit trivial too because of the spelling. The K and Z make it look like a brand name of shoes or something. Charisma seems to put on airs, too, though, because it's like trying to force the characteristic onto a person who might in fact lack it. Some people would wear it well, though, spelled any old way. You just can't be sure you've got one... parents are biased.
I'd go with a name that is less obviously desiring attention but means bright or luminous, or famous, in another language.

It is a beautiful name, and there is no such thing as correct spelling in names these days. The name is spelled however you choose to spell it. People always say i spelled my daughters name wrong because its spelled Katelyn and apparently the correct way is Caitlin. What we call our beautiful babies when they are born is our decision entirely and we can spell it anyway we like. I like your spelling of that name, i like names that are against the "norm"

I agree, the name is nice, but the orginal spelling Charisma is prettier.

NO offense its pretty but its a played out stripper name or a name for the town hoe. come on now lets be real i have heard that name in many many pornos. I think you should find a better name that means something.

I like it!! It sounds like a breath of fresh air! I love the spelling because I'm into spelling names differently myself. I like Michelle spelled Michele. I like Kasey spelled Kaci. I think its gorgeous! Loves It!!

I think it's "Kawayzee" People will think, "Oh that poor childs mother can't spell"
Charisma is better, like Charity, Hope, Faith.

I don't like it. Maybe it is the spelling that is throwing me off. But I just don't like it. But to tell you the truth, it should really matter what people think. It should be what you think is beautiful.

I think it's very Charismastic hehe. I do like it and I do like the way it is spelt. In all brutal honesty - the kid will probably go further with a name like that.
