Everyone smiles at some extent. But which countries have people that don't smile often? How about the opposite?

I hear tell that Russians are more reserved with their smiles and laughter. They save them for when they think something is really great or funny. You could say they have a picky sense of humor.

Most smiles? Well, I read one article that claimed the Pacific island of Vanuatu is supposed to have the happiest, most content people on Earth. In all the National Geographic articles I've seen them in, they're always gleeful and smiling, so I guess they have my vote...
