Generally when an infant is born with sexual organs from both genders the doctors remove any trace of male genitalia, and do the best they can to make the infant most closely resemble a female. Rarely, they make the infant most closely a male, because it is a more complicated procedure.
Be nice to her. People who are born that way have difficulties in life, and generally have to take hormones for all their lives.
