I need to find a Tudor style dress for my AP World project on Anne Boleyn. Does anyone know when to get one?

A great store is Museum Replicas Limited. They have costumes from various different periods of history, including Tudor. You will be VERY impressed, and the price is good. Ebay. You will find lots of renaissance styles including Tudor, and the prices ARE low. One reason I don't make historical reproduction costumes to sell anymore is that you can't get much more than the price of fabric plus maybe a dollar an hour for your time selling them on ebay.
