I have wanted a horse all my life.... hoping to get one real cheap or even free for that matter . I live in the great state of Oregon

Contact The Bureau of Land Management, BLM.gov and look into their horse adoption program. I believe for 150 bucks you can get any kind of horse you want. You just have to promise to not sell the horse to a glue factory for three years.
