a question from the shelia e fan?

does anyone think that shelia e is part black, french, and mexican. i did research on the internet about her true race. because some people just no the fact that she's mexican, but then their are others that say she's black creole. so i wanted to know your opinion, or what you know. is she black, french, and mexican.
