Yes, you should get emergency contraception, because there's a fair chance of sperm being present in the pre-ejaculatory fluid {pre-c.u.m.}. You have 72 hours to take the pills; you should take the first dose as soon as you get them, and the second dose exactly 12 hours after that. For example, if you take the first dose tomorrow at 10 AM, then you must take the second dose at 10 PM sharp. There are several brands of pills that are very effective when used as emergency contraception; you will find very useful information {including how to get the pills without need for a prescription} in the following links:

I suggest you go to your doctor and explain what happened and ask them their opinion. Alot depends also on when you had your period. If you just had it within the last week, you could possibly be in your "safe zone". If it's longer than that though, the risk goes up. Your best bet is talking this over with a doctor, they can help guide you through this alot better. Good Luck.

It's a tough choice. Usually men have pre ejaculate that you can get pregnant from. So, even if he didn't have an orgasm and didn't ejaculate inside of you there is still what (to me) seems like a very tiny chance you could get pregnant. I'm not saying you are pregnant.... but if you want to be really careful- yes you can go get the pill.

Better safe than sorry. Get the pill first thing in the morning, and stock up on condoms while you're there!
