Hopefully they will let you do that.
Most major shops are supportive of community fundraising.
Hope you raise what you need.. Good Luck.

If it's a sanctioned fundraiser you might want to contact Walmart, they are great for doing fundraisers. If you're just trying to do it on your own, you should be aware there are laws in each state that restrict child labor. There are some exceptions to the rule, but those are usually in dire circumstance and not usually something a 13 year old can do anyway. Mowing lawns and babysitting usually works well for private hire with 13 year olds ;)

No. Legally, they aren't allowed to let you work for them until you officially turn 14. They would be in violation of child labor laws and could get into serious legal trouble (in the U.S., anyway). About the only kind of work-related thing they would allow someone your age to do would be if you were doing fundraising for a cause, like collecting money from people at the entrance to their store.
BTW - This isn't chat, IM or text. You need to write with less abbreviations and with better grammar in a forum like this if you want to be taken seriously.

Holy Moses, girl. Talk to the store manager... and offer to sell a product that they don't offer, something that'll likely bring customers into their doors...

you never no till you try i would ask a worker but if lots of people go to your park you could try there.also try a market or you could go around your street and sell them like that or sit on your corner like a lemonade stand.
