There is no "DL" in basketball... it used to be called injured reserve I think. Now the players are referred to as "inactive." Unfortunately, fantasy leagues on Yahoo don't allow for injury spots as far as I know.

The NBA has eliminated the "disabled list" (DL) and each team is now allowed to only carry a maximum of 15 players. One hour prior to each game date, the NBA team submits a list of the 12 players who will be playing in that particular game.
In the case of Gasol, there is a rumor that he recuperating faster than expected and should be back in action in three weeks.

Yahoo basketball doesnt have a "DL" they make you either carry injured players on your bench or cut them. Dont cut him if you dont have to, I guarentee someone will snatch him up if you release him.
