kick your t-mobile and get a diff. phone service, they suck!!!!! uh, lol dont even get me started with them!!!!

Leilani is an idiot. T-mobile is the cheapest national company out there, and they also treat their customers better then any other company.
I would stick with T-mobile. Call Customer Care (611) from your phone, and tell them your problem. They will take care of it for you.
