would u sacrifice your life for 100 or 1000 other peoples?

morbid question i know,i prob would for both but my bf wouldnt,so want to see if other people would or not

but when you say you'll do it for your mum and dad i dont think i would, because itl be too painfull for them to outlive a child and think i sacraficed my life for theirs.actually im not sure i would sacrafice my life at all,just because of the hurt il cause my loved ones.

That's very idealistic of you, and a noble thought though I doubt that if it came to reality you'd choose that way. As for myself, NO. Not for 100 or 1000 other people; there are 5 immediate people I'd do that for. 2 are my Children, one is my Grandson. The other 2 are my Brothers. There are a few more, but I certainly am not the type to sacrifice my life for the alleged greater good; in my experience, with what I know that'd make me a big chump.

if there were good people in the group, or ppl i cared about, i would say yes, i would gladly give my life for 100 or 1000 ppl. but only if me dying is for a good cause and the ppl that get to live will live a better life for it. i don't wanna just give myself up without knowing that someone will see my sacrifice as a girft or second chance and use that gift to make their life as well as everyone around them's lives better. why not, right??

Yes. I would give up my life for 100 or more people, but only if my family was able to accept my death without mourning over it. I would not want my family crying over a deed that saved1,000 lives. I would want them to be happy. also, i would not want the people i gave up my life for to know that i gave my life for them. I would rather have them dislike me then feel in debt of me, even though I'm dead.

it depends on whether people would know I would be sacrificing them...

if the whole world knew that I sacrificed my life for 1000 people, I would definitely not.

If it was silent, and 1000 random people I didn't even know on this earth were sacrificed for my life if I had a choice---then yes, I would choose my life over people I have no connection--it has no bearing on my reality--only if other people knew would there be a repercution...

if those 1000 people were the smartest on earth or really important people, or my family memebers...even if there was no repercution--I would think twice about it though..because those individuals are valuable.

Maybe you think I'm just saying it without thinking.... but very true. I would sacrifice my life for ONE person if they are in need. I know - for one - that my Hero would. And I've always wanted to follow his footsteps.

but it will completely depend on for what purpose i m doing it.
with a real cause i would give up my life even for a stranger. living aside parents or loved ones.

The Ultimate Sacrifice, to sacrifice one's self for the LIFE, OR LIVES of another OR MANY OTHERS? HELL YEAH! I'D DO IT!!! And I would LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Matter of fact, words to my bff have always been this, " I'd take a bullet for ya!"

But if it were just for the sake of those other people, then no.

depends on who those people are and what they will do with their lives. currently i am sworn to die or kill for US interests. if it is required of me to die so that any number of people like me will survive, then i will do it. however, if a situation involves the possibility that i can trade my life for the lives of any number of average people who will go on to waste their lives pursuing the very latest in clothing and chrome wheels with spinners in them i will let every one of them die.
