For me, it's Hannibal Lector or that dude on "The Green Mile" - that child molester/killer.

Hannibal Lector is a good one! Also, Buffolo Bill was extremely creepy as well.
The little boy in "Godsend" and "Running Scared" creeps me out in any movie he's in.
Another creepy character was Grima Wormtoungue, the greasy guy who lived in the castle in "Lord of the Rings".
And another REALLY creepy character is Leatherface, in the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre."!

=)

None of that has. I have performed video games which have scared me so undesirable I had difficulty slumbering. Mass effect a million, 2 or perhaps 3. a number of the enemies are quite nightmare inducing. extremely the Husks from Mass effect a million and 2 (highly a million) and the Banshees from Mass effect 3. Worst area is I continually were given to the caves with the Husks, Reaper corpse and Ardat Yakshi sanctuaries at nighttime time.

Without a doubt Amon Goeth from Schlinder's List. Maybe not the creeps as so much as absolute disgust and loathing...he just...it's hard to explain but his character is disturbing to watch. (Having said that...kudos to Ralph Fiennes)

As for characters that give me the "willies", John Doe from Seven is pretty creepy. I always got chills watching him walk calmly into the police station covered in blood...

I agree with Mandy C. Amon Goeth (played by Ralph Fiennes) in Schlinder's List is one of the creepiest characters. The most upsetting parts with Goeth is when he's looking into the mirror saying, "I pardon you." Fiennes does a brilliant job of showing (just with his facial expressions) that Goeth could not forgive himself, and thus could not change.

The character out of Wolf Creek - the little Aussie movie that even scares Quinten Tarantino (or so he has been quoted as saying). He is just one evil guy that doesn't give up.

For some reason Kevin played by Elijah Wood in Sin City scared the crap out of me...something about his eyes, the fact that he didn't talk...and oo yeah that he ate people

That freaky, albino looking guy from The Firm. When he's chasing Tom Cruise, his running is so effortless, he looks like some kind of creepy ghost.
