A Pharaoh could be carried in a carrying chair, walk with people fanning him, sit inside a shaded area on a boat. In general, he and high officials were in the shade, to show they're different from the general population who work in the sun.
Pharaoh regularly traveled throughout Egypt in most periods. He had to do so to keep a handle on what was going on in his country and also make himself seen by the people. There was no form of media to show him off to the people, so he needed to go on regular tours of the country to keep the their support.
Horses were introduced into Egypt around 1600 BCE. Before that, they didn't have chariots. But, many of the famous Pharaohs are from the New Kingdom (like Hatshepsut, Tutankhamun, Ramses II, etc.), when they had horse-drawn chariots. These were mostly meant as military/hunting vehicles, though.
In response to other answers, the Egyptians did not enslave foreigners. They did sometimes use people captured in battle to become servants or craftsmen, but they were not considered property. These foreigners (and some Egyptians) became a member of an extended household or business, just like Egyptians working in the same industry. Believe it or not, guys who carried carrying chairs were actually of pretty high status compared to the rest of the people of Egypt. The Egyptians wouldn't have let someone of low status so close to the king and other people of high status.

They don't use the camel anymore! You can find any type of transportation that has wheels, be it 4, 3 or 2. In the country side, they also use the donkey.

I think they had their slaves build wooden platforms and carry them around. He would probably go see his buddies at one of the other pyramids.
