An unblockable proxy site, is science fiction. There is always a way to block a site or a proxy out.

Let's initially establish: Proxies are not a requirement. There is nothing that important that you have to circumvent the internet filter that can't wait until school/work is dismissed. If you are discovered using the school/company computers for restricted sites, you will endure severe consequences. It's honestly not worth the tough repercussions involved. There are plenty of sites your computer will allow that are far better than that, and worth your time. Attempting to dodge security software processors will land you in sharp consequences. They are blocked for several reasons, and there is no changing that. With the multitude of computer viruses spreading around, companies cannot take any chances. Bypassing the filters set-up by companies is near impossible. The major Web security gateway software processors are pretty well impenetrable.

Make sure it's legal for you to bypass their content filters (probably isn't). Then if so, run a Proxy on your PC at home (squid in Linux). Make sure the proxy is listening to only localhost (consider firewalling it with iptables) and the use port forwarding in SSH to forward the proxy port to your home system. Then in your browser settings, set your proxy to localhost and the port you choose to forward. Hoozah... no more content blocks. If SSH is blocked, consider setting it up on an alternate port like 443. If it's against the rules, expect to be suspended, expelled, or even to face legal issues when the school finds out.

Unblockable? No.
As fast as you use a new proxy site, the school's admin will block it... that's what they're supposed to do.
What *you're* supposed to do is use the school's equipment, provided by the taxpayers, to further your education.
If you "only" want to play on MySpace and Youtube do it at home, and let somebody else have your seat at school. They may value the opportunity more than you.
