The show Ugly Betty, and i'm kind of disappointed.... I thought the show was kind of like a slap stick comedy, and mainly focused on the main character "Betty". However, it kind of reminds me of one of those new daytime soap operas like Fashion House or Desire... lol For the regular watchers, is it always like this?

It's an adaptation of a latin american soap opera, you can't really expect a soap to be funny...it's a normal show, not a comedy...i watched the first two episodes, but it is kinda boring.

It wasn't what I expected from the begining. But following the story i want to know what will happen next. It was developed from a spanish soap opera and it follows that format. Exagerated drama. I wouldn't call it the most action-packed show but it has stories that at least I want to see to the end.
