Yeah! One time, I felt something squishy in my trousers and thought it was crap.............turns out I had given birth!

The Lord of the Rings looked stupid until I actually sat down and watched it. Now I'm hooked. Same with Harry Potter. Watching the Sorceror's Stone inspired me to read the books.
I also wasn't sure about the novel Eragon. I finally read it, and I fell in love with the series. It's like the Lord of the Rings of the 21st century.
