Well, if your husband was in the Army and in Iraq would you still have had an affair? Maybe you had the affair because your husband is a criminal. Then, you should divorce him. Cheating is never right. If you are in love with someone else, get divorced first.

Well who do u love most? ur husband or him? this is really tough because do u reckon that u love that guy enough to be with him, is it really worth breakin up with ur husband? if yes then do so but if no then are u able to cope with it, like being with your husband but havin to think about the fact that u cheated on him. U should listen to ur heart and think things through before u end up being really heart broken

It is not fair to your husband - either in or out of jail. Get divorced before you begin ANY new relationship.
Put yourself in his position... how would you like it to think that your over half is out there thinking that all is fine and dandy only to then find out they have been cheating on you... and for 10 MONTHS...... you need to move on. GET DIVORCED

Why would you want to cheat in the first place, thats just wronge, div, your husband and get with the one you are cheating with, thats the only way to go about it, if you love the new and not the old.

omg stupid stupid stupid.... get a divorce! its not that hard to figure out, your husband is a criminal and who says he wont do what he did again or worse? divorce him and if you like this guy, then maybe pursue the relationship after the divorce
