So far I would have to say Reggie Bush. The key word is 'so far'. I can forsee him having a great career (perhaps not legendary) but so far with all the hype that he came in with, he's a bust. He's averaging a really low yards per carry average and he finally got his first touchdown from scrimmage last week. Simply put, right now on New Orleans, Deuce McAllister is the marquee RB and Marques Colston is the best rookie. Because Bush was such a highly anticipated and hyped rookie RB and he isn't even the best on his team in both those categories, I would have to nominate him.

I don't think anyone is bad enough to really be called a bust so far. So I would agree with Reggie Bush based on the HYPE not saying he is a bust exactly but if that much is expected and he can't live up to it. He isn't even that close to living up.

Its kind of hard to tell yet, its still early and you shouldnt expect most rookies to make an impact their first year, they say they should only be starting by their third year..........but i can tell you one recent bust i can think of being a Chicago Bear and Texas Longhorn fan........and that is Cedric Benson.........hes in his second year and hes done nothing, he only competed for a starting role in training camp because Thomas Jones was a no show.........and he has had chances this year, hes played in almost every game and has done nothing to make the coaches even think about starting him........they are probably thinking more along the lines of seeing which running back they can draft this year to back up Thomas Jones............all this and he was compared to earl campbell and ricky williams and hes was a #4 overall pick.........terrible

stable Lord. would you human beings PLEASE supply up throwing Sam Bowie below the freaking bus already. Yeah, Mike replaced into intense-high quality in college. of course Portland replaced into attempting to handle their want for a midsection. They already had a tremendously stable shown shooting take care of, you will have heard of him. Does the call Clyde Drexler strike a chord? supply Sam credit! regardless of those freak injuries he DID attempt stressful AS HELL to return lower back AND HE replaced into useful whilst HEALTY!!! it is extra suitable than we are able to declare for DOPE human beings who smoke like Chris Washburn. What approximately Bo Kimble or Harold Minor? Why can no longer they be the biggest busts of all time? DID they attempt AS stressful AS SAM? i think of no longer!!! So get off of Bowie already, stable evening! the ultimate draft of all time replaced into the 1984 Draft. a million Hakeem Olajuwon 2 Sam Bowie 3 Michael Jordan 4 Sam Perkins 5 Charles Barkley 7 Alvin Robertson 9 Otis Thorpe 11 Kevin Willis 14 Michael Cage sixteen John Stockton i think of the certainty that Kevin Willis can nonetheless make a squad speaks volumes with regards to the known of the gamers in this checklist. certainly everyone in this checklist replaced into useful properly into their mid 30's and could dirt the dudes you picked... Peace...

I'm not sure how you can say anyone is a bust until their 3rd or 4th year, because it usually takes a year or two for a player to develope. I guess you could say who you think is underachieving, but that doesn't really mean anything because they still have to develope. If you asked you was underachieving, i'd have to say Bush because of all the hype.

You should give a player 3 years before you judge him. Because you don't know if it's the player not playing well, or the coach not using him correctly, or the system.

Chad Greenway, he's injured so I guess it's not entirely his fault...
