I have never received an apology from an employer after he or she had hurt my feelings.
Take that as a positive, and go back to work. You are not the first, and won't be the last, to cry at work.
Assuming you are a female, welcome to the world of hormones.

Limbo,
Head UP
and go back tomorrow!
Don´t think of quitting unless
it is a really bad situation.
Show guts and you will
earn respect. Don´t show
and you´ll earn nothing but more
humiliation. Remember:
When the going gets tough,
the tough get going. and
also, people usually remember
your last acts, and will soon forget
your crying, something which we all
have done at some time.
So, again, Heads UP and go!
Good luck

maximum young ones on your situation could have cried or a minimum of felt like crying. you ought to communicate on your counselor or your mother and father as a results of fact your instructor wouldn't have yelled at you like that. possibly you probably did "only flow over the textile" however the instructor could desire to have been doing a crappy interest of coaching in case you nevertheless weren't getting it, and he/she is ridiculous to yell at a young person in front of all and sundry. hear, there are magazine articles available on what to do in case you cried at paintings, so i do no longer think of you are the only man or woman who has ever gotten emotional. once you flow back to classification, carry your head extreme, take notes and don't difficulty elevating your hand. What a jacka$$ instructor. Oh, and, for sure your classmates will forget approximately approximately it, there is often new drama on the horizon. If all people teases you, only say "i be attentive to, suitable, how embarrassing!" and flow away it on my own.

No.....Your boss apologized to you so it seems to me he said or did something to really upset you in the first place. Besides there is nothing wrong in showing emotion even on the job. This reflects your interest in your job. Get past it and go do your job in a cheerful spirit.

Yikes, how old are you? We ALL have bad days, I know I've cried at work, but I went to the ladies room to do it. Buck up and go back to work and act like NOTHING happened. Work harder, hold your head up high and don't let 'em get to you. If you go back, and do your job well, you will feel better about yourself and you will get a lot more respect. Hang in there.
It isn't oxygen, it's a job.

Go back. Everyone messes up. If it helps, I was an intern at this bank and they told me to go pick up food they ordered. I picked it up but got hopelessly lost on the way back. It took me 2 hours before I returned. I felt really bad about it. They turned it into a joke we all laughed at it. It made it better and I realized that workers are people like you and me, they don't want you to feel bad.

People say and do stupid things that hurt other people... It's better to stick it out, next time you will be a little tougher with a little more knowledge on how to handle these kinds of situations... No, I don't think you should quit, it would only make you a little less self confident at your next job.

Accept the apology and continue doing a great job. Chalk it up to experience and learn to control your emotions. Don't run away. Learn from your mistakes and keep going. Have a nice day.

You should return to job. But need to analyse the issue that how and why the situation became like that. You shud think ddeply, try to control yourself to avoid recurrng of such things again. In such situations, if one shud drinks water, wash one's face with cold water then the emotional disorder is may decrease and may be blood pressure moves to normal.
GOD bless you with HIS HELP and GUIDANCE.

go back to work, let me see, quiting a job and not giving notice because you got emotional .
In the long list of silly and stupid things you will most likely do at work over years of work, that will seem like nothing at some point in your life.
