Something to say that animals can't tell us how they feel or how whether or not the tint looks great on their fur. We have to act as their protectors.

You should probably talk about how animal testing is a violation of animal rights, and that there are many alternatives to animal testing (i.e. computer analysis and studies conducted on human volunteers).

as some of the other answers said, the point of a conclusion is to wrap up your paper. restate your main ideas, to remind them of all the points you made, but keep it short. then you can end with an emotional sentence, something that will ring in their ears after they put your paper down.

It depends what arguments you used for your paper.
For example, if you listed and defended these three arguments against animal testing and abuse:

(1) Animal testing requires inhumane, unsanitary, unsafe, or cruel conditions that if done to humans would be outlawed, since they either reduce the quality of life or cause disease or death.
Since animals are living creatures that seek to survive just as much as people do, if such test conditions are not good for humans, they are not good for any living creature. Thus, they are inherently wrong by their nature.

(2) Companies that test or abuse animals do so because the focus is on profit, not on quality of life. This practice of putting commercial profits first encourages business decisions that make companies more competitive but are unhealthy for humans. (cite cases of growth hormones injected into animal stock so they develop and sell faster, but the chemicals are not good for human consumption, etc.)

(3) Tolerating animal cruelty promotes the same insensitivity that allows cruelty to people.
(citing correlated studies of links between serial killers and earlier incidents of animal torture, or between offenders in cases of domestic abuse and animal neglect.)
So by continuing to allow animal testing, society condones the same causes of crimes against humanity.

Then you could conclude by stating animal abuse is not only inherently wrong, but promotes unsafe and unethical business practices that affect human health, and enforces a lower standard of tolerating cruel or criminal behavior in society.

If you want to end on a positive, hopeful note, you can include encouraging comments that teaching greater awareness and respect for animal life promotes higher respect for people as well.

Example:
On the other hand, agriculture and other business industries that do not rely on animal testing, but use all natural ingredients and processing, help to promotes higher standards of living and health for humans and for the environment.

In essay type papers you make a brief summary of all the points you have made in the beginning of the paper...
Usually you would use the strongest one's.

Just take some key points and mention them again but only in brief form.

I would emphasize that the world would be a better place without suffering, including the suffering of animals.
