It depends. Some masters degrees involve only 36 credits of class work. Going full time, one mightbe able to do that in a year. Some masters degrees involve significantly more credits. Others involve writing a masters thesis. So these will take longer. I'd say on average 2-3 years.

It depends. First off, you have to have your bachelor's degree which should take you four, but up to five, years. A masters degree can take 1 or 2 years, depending on the hours the degree takes. Some masters degrees are only 30 hour masters. Also if you don't go at if full time it will take longer. It took me three years to get mine but I was working full time so only going to school part time.

Many universities put a 6 year limit on the time you enter a master's program and your degree. Mine (NCSU) did and I snuck it in in 5 years. Two years if you are working full time on the degree.

If you consider a master's usually takes 36 credits, and each class is three credits, well a class a semester will get you there is 6 years. But take advantage of summer programs, too. Six weeks and you ear 3 credits. So you could get through in 4 years that way.

If you are fresh out of high school and go to school full time until you have a masters, 6 years.

I have my bachelors, and I am going back now for my masters. I am only taking one class at a time, so it will take me 10 semesters, 2 1/2 years, to get my 30 credits.

Depend on major and school. Master can earn as soon as 1 1/2 years to 10+ years in PhD.
